8 Weeks 1:1 Coaching (4 Sessions) - Returning Client

I'm currently offering a 4-session package at a discounted rate for returning clients (who have previously booked a first time client coaching package)!

Your coaching sessions will be spread out biweekly over an 8-week period to ensure we have enough time to test, measure, and get you the best results!

In this package, I will work with clients to customize each session based on their needs and health goals. *The 4 session package also includes a free 15 minute discovery call prior to our first session to review goals and discuss intake forms!

In this 4-session package, I will personally:

1) Create a targeted nutrition plan, including a weekly meal plan and wellness suggestions to help facilitate full body healing.

2) Discover which systems in the body are out of balance and and in need of support, as well as work to find underlying causes of your health issues.

3) Develop daily practices and/or alternative healing protocols to get you living in your purpose and alignment. 

4) Meet with you biweekly on zoom for 1-hour check in calls, as well as be available by email or text for any questions or support. 

5) Offer guidance, support, and accountability for you to reach your health goals.
