16 Weeks 1:1 Coaching (8 Sessions) & HTMA Mineral Testing

For clients who are interested in HTMA Mineral Testing and Mineral Balancing protocols, I require 16 weeks of coaching (4 months) so that we can test and retest at 3 months for progress. 

What is HTMA Mineral Testing? 

HTMA is a safe and non-invasive hair tissue mineral analysis test. It measures your body's levels of minerals, nutrient ratios, and toxic metals at the cellular level. HTMA is one of the most valuable screening tools available in preventative health care and for informing homeopathic mineral remedies.

1:1 Coaching: 

Your coaching sessions will be spread out biweekly over an 16-week period to ensure we have enough time to test, measure, and get you the best results!

In this package, I will work with clients to customize each session based on their needs and health goals. The 8 session package also includes a free 15 minute discovery call prior to our first session to review goals and discuss intake forms!

In this 8-Session (4 Month) package, I will personally help you:

1) Create a targeted nutrition plan, including a weekly meal plan and wellness suggestions to help facilitate full body healing.

2) Test for Mineral Deficiencies to help discover which systems in the body are out of balance and and in need of support, as well as work to find underlying causes of your health issues.

3) Create a custom Mineral Balancing protocol to help facilitate optimum health.  

4) Develop daily practices and/or alternative healing protocols to get you living in your purpose and alignment.

5) Meet with you biweekly on zoom for 1-hour check in calls, as well as be available by email or text for any questions or support.

6) Offer guidance, support, and accountability for you to reach your health goals.
